Subway - Williamsburg

During my visit for lunch, I observed the head employee yelling at a fellow staff member and also rudely urging a customer to make a quick decision. This kind of behavior is very unprofessional. Overall, I would rate the experience as follows: Food: 3, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1, with a price range of $1–10 per person.

The manager was quite rude and yelled at her employees. One of the female workers prepared my sub by adding the meat and cheese and then put it in the toaster, but she walked away, leaving a male employee to finish it. Meanwhile, her child was crying in the back, and the child even came around behind the counter while she was making sandwiches. Overall, the service was disappointing. I dined in for dinner.

The food was exceptional, earning a perfect five stars for its flavor and presentation. The service was equally impressive; the staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was prepared and ready promptly. While the atmosphere may not have stood out, it didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of my meal. I highly recommend this spot for a delicious and hassle-free lunch!

Honestly this place was most low quality Subway I've ever seen. The bread was very lumpy and sad. The bane was a mess, the condiments were all over the place, and the place was just very unorganized. The service was fine nothing more. None of the workers had an actual Subway uniform so it looked like a couple people off the street making us sandwiches. The sandwiches themselves, although very sloppily put together, still tasted good. One of the workers kept trying to give us free meals, which is awesome but probably a serious issue. He eventually gave our entire family free sodas and chip along with some cookies. The whole place seemed poorly run and managed and honestly felt like a disgrace to Subway. It was very dirty and not welcoming to customers at all.
