Dunkin' - Williamsport

I visit this restaurant every day, and I absolutely love the staff! They are friendly and always make sure you leave with a smile.

Today, I went into the lobby at 11:30 a.m. to order a medium decaf coffee (that was all I wanted). I stood at the counter waiting for someone to assist me, but no one came. There was no sign indicating that the lobby or counter was closed. After a while, I called out to an employee to see if I could place my order. She informed me that they weren't taking orders at the counter and that I would need to order online for pickup at the counter. I asked why I had to use the app when I was right there, and she could take my order directly. She insisted that the counter was closed for ordering. I then pointed out that I still had to pick up my order at that same counter. She said yes, which made absolutely no sense. I requested to speak with the manager. Tracy came to the counter and explained that they were understaffed, so they decided to close the counter for orders. I counted seven employees present and mentioned this to her. She replied that they expected to be short-staffed later, which was why they made the decision to close the counter early. I asked, "What difference does it make if I place my order online or just tell you my order?" She insisted that she couldn’t take my order at the counter. This is truly ridiculous!

For must part was good. Good til I got to my grandkids house. Out of the dozen n half I ordered $16.88 Only half dozen was right. N dozen that was wrong. I ask for 3 choc cake 3 blueberry cake 3 old fashion glazed last 3 peanut butter cup. N inthat dozen 1 blueberry cake nothing else that I actually ordered. This is why I don't like going thur drive-thur. I like beingable to pick what myself. That way I see what goes in the bx. In short out of dozen half 16.88. I got 7 donuts that ordered.7 out of 18. $16.88 Sorry bit is very unacceptable. With pricing going up on everything. Should be what you ordered. Donutswould've been good if got what was orderd.

It's a shame that not every restaurant can offer dine-in options. All the booths were blocked off. I was on my motorcycle and just wanted to enjoy a coffee and a donut. When I asked the cashier if I could sit down and drink my coffee, she kindly said yes.
