Wawa - Williamstown

I frequent this Wawa, I live down the road and I am there multiple times a day.The overall service of this Wawa is wonderful. HOWEVER there is one worker that works coffee who ruins the atmosphere. I don?t know her name but I was there this morning, Thursday 1/30/20 and she was working. Every time I am there she is miserable. She doesn?t fit in with the other workers and it was obvious the other workers get annoyed with her as well. This morning she completely killed my mood, that is what pushed me to finally write this review in hopes that something is done.

This restaurant is ideally situated for picking up gas, coffee, or a quick meal. It’s conveniently accessible from Blackhorse Hecht and provides ample parking space. The establishment is always tidy and well-organized, and the customer service is outstanding. They usually have two or three cash registers open during peak times, so I’ve never had to wait long. Additionally, their coffee bars are well-stocked most of the time!

Honestly, I think having a Wawa convenience store in every city is one of the greatest advantages of living in New Jersey. I'm truly hesitant to move anywhere else because I can't picture a place without Wawa! You can always count on Wawa being open late, 24/7, all year round—ideal for those late-night snack cravings at 11 PM. Moreover, most locations have become Super Wawas, which means they also function as gas stations, offering a wide range of choices. And let's not forget, the public restrooms are always clean and well-maintained!

I visit this Wawa often, and I consistently come across two employees who are exceptionally friendly and attentive. In the morning, it's Mary at the register, and in the evening, it's Robert—though I believe he works a few later shifts. I always leave feeling great after connecting with them because of their kindness.

Wawa has adapted well to the challenges posed by COVID-19, requiring masks and installing protective barriers to ensure the safety of both customers and employees. They also have clear signage to promote social distancing. While it’s not overflowing with customers, Wawa always seems to have a steady stream of people, and you can get served in just a few minutes. Clearly, they are doing something right!
