Giancarlo's - Williamsville

We had a reservation of 7:15, but got no placement until 7:45. the host was very respectful and apologetic, as the restaurant was completely full and the party before us had not left the table. the bar was impossible to get drinks, so we stood and entertained among us. they would think that this would be necessary a negative review, but the host, if we sit two appetizers offered to enjoy the late sitting. this was done with gnade and respect. the food and the service were excellent. I recommend this restaurant.

Our server was Jacob. He was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very attentive to our needs.

This was my third time at Giancarlo’s and it was just as amazing as the first time I went. They never disappoint their food and drinks are amazing. I got the 8 oz filet mignon with their heavenly mashed potatoes and asparagus. My boyfriend got the 14oz New York Strip with the half pound South African lobster tail. All was truly delightful.

Wonderful restaurant. Food was great and service was phenomenal. Zachary was tremendous. Only issue was a large group at the next table that were screaming over each other the entire time, but that is not the restaurant's fault. Some people are just inconsiderate.
