Taco Bell - WILLIS

I had a negative experience at this restaurant. I walked in and waited for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I placed my order on the kiosk and still had to wait for 20 minutes. The service was for take out during lunch. The price per person was between $30 and $50.

Staff is really rude. Especially the girl with the piercing at the window. I think you all need to re think y’all’s staff. Horrible customer service. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I was extremely disappointed with the taste of the food at this restaurant. The service was decent, and the atmosphere was average.

Ordered a bit late, around 12:40. Service was excellent and food was awesome! They had to make an order for 47 items before mine and they were still positive and respectful. Entire staff, from the gentleman taking order to the making it did excellent. Please give them some recognition Taco bell.
