My sandwich had raw bacon and the bun was soggy. My fries were cold. We usually have great food, so I'm pretty disappointed. My husband and kids enjoyed their food. I'm still hungry.
Will not be returning!!!! Very short pour on wine. Less than half glass. Charged $2 for a little extra gravy, chicken tenders are now chicken feet the size of your little finger. What was once a good a good place is going down hill fast!
Question... how are the bowling lanes? My church is looking to visit Saturday to just bowl.
This place just keeps going downhill. Service was HORRIBLE!!!!! My bf and I sat on the bar area and our waitress Cassidy was just TERRIBLE!!!!! We ordered crawfish, wings and of course our drinks. About 10 minutes after we put our order in the girl comes back and says you said mild right we told her no we said hot wings. It took over 30 minutes for us to get our food when before We usually get our crawfish right away. I would 've understood if they were busy but they weren 't. We arrived there around shift change and our waitress had the guts to ask if we wanted to close our tab or just transfer over. We didn 't even have our food out yet and she already wanted for us to basically close to tip her. Although like she said it was shift change she still end up being our waitress. She finally brought our food out! She took forever to come check on us to see if we needed anything. I finally had to get up and ask for a refill. There was another girl that was at the bar so I figured I 'd just ask her, she was pissed because I asked her for a refill. Eventually more people started showing up. I happened to hear what the man next to us ordered and once again she came back a few minutes asking did you say wanted fries and green beans. The man told her no I wanted mashed potatoes. A pair of ladies came in and ordered crawfish as well. By that time the man from the table next to us was ready to leave, he paid his tab and before he left Cassidy once again messed up. She put the crawfish bucket on his table instead of the ladies table. The poor man just looked over at us with a confused face and laughed. He said boy I need to get out of here she is a mess!! At this point we were just over this place. I told my boyfriend that I was not going to tip her at all. I had never done that before. I always still leave a tip even if the service is not that great. Anyways, our total was $40.16 she came back and handed my card and receipt back my bf noticed that it showed a different amount on there. That total was for $59.25. We let her know about that and she walked away to fix it. She came back and said sorry I just put the wrong card on the wrong receipt. She tried to blame it on shift change saying that it just confuses people which by the way shift change was two hours before that. We thought the nightmare was over! We were WRONG!!! The next day I checked my bank account and noticed that there was two separate charges from Tailgators. One was for $40.16 which was our tab the second one was for the $59.25. I called Tailgators and spoke to Kailyn she was no help she was just trying to justify her. She said she will speak to the general manager and give me a call back. Which I forgot to mention the general manager was sitting at one of the tables talking to someone while all of this was happening. Kailyn never called me back. I called again two days later and spoke to Chelsea she basically told me the same thing Kailyn did. I never heard from her again. I called again the next day and spoke to Kailyn again and told her was very aggravated with the fact that nobody had reached out to me about it, instead I had to keep calling. Even better nobody had apologized not once about this whole incident. She said she would call back in ten minutes which she did. Said that they would refund the money to my account. She said she would email Chelsea about since I also emailed Chelsea my bank statement. Chelsea asked me to email her my card number and expiration date which I said I wouldn 't do that because I couldn 't trust them. I asked her if I could just go to Tailgators instead and she never responded back. Once again I called and spoke Kailyn again and she said that she was new so she really didn 't know to refund it herself. She said Crystal would be there. I was on my way and Kailyn calls me back and says that the Crystal was at Sam 's and would take about 30-45 minutes to get back. I said I was already on my way. Kailyn was supposed to make sure it was refunded. Now 3 days laters I still haven 't received the refund back. I had to call my bank and they filed a claim. They are the ones who refunded me the money back. This is the worst experienced I 've ever had. I will never go to Tailgators again!!!
