The Lobster Pot - Willoughby Hills

Nice neighborhood restaurant with very good seafood.

Last minute decision to dine out. Open table afforded the opportunity to book a reservation 15 minutes prior to our arrival. We have dined there before. We are seafood lovers as we previously lived in the New England area. Food preparation and taste was excellent. One minor glitch, ordered a dozen of steamed clams and when received in the net bag, discovered 6 that did not open. Thought the kitchen would have caught that prior to serving. However, they did replace those 6 with fresh, hot ones. Little pricey that I’m used to but excellent food none the less. Service was good, not exceptional. Don’t like to ask for things, such as coffee, cream, beverage refills, melted butter for clams etc. Chalked it up to server having a bad night. Definitely would go back.

Wonderful as always! We remember the old lobster pot from south Euclid where we grew up...we love the new one more.

Some of the BEST Seafood in the area. Excellent portion size and seasoned just right. Drinks and wine are very good too. Service is terrific and the support staff is amazing and attentive.My wife specifically like the Clam Bellies. Hard to beat the value and quality here at the Lobster Pot. We will be back.

We had a great meal starting with a wonderful soft shell crab appetizer. Our side salads and warm bread arrived shortly after we’d finished our app and the house made creamy dill dressing was delicious. I had the Mariners platter and my wife had the whole lobster. Both were served with red skinned mashed potatoes and everything was perfectly prepared. Our meal was made even more enjoyable thanks to our delightful server Shauntay. She was helpful, attentive, and very funny. We will be back.
