Waffle House - Willoughby

Nicer than most of the WH I have visited. Staff has been great. Food is excellent.

Food was delicious as always but the staff was overwhelmed and taking it out on the customers.

I am so beyond mad I ordered take out and it wasn’t very busy there I had to wait 45 mins for my food and spent like over 50 dollars and my food is disgusting burnt bacon hard hashbrowns no cheese on every single one of the meals I am so disappointed and as someone in food industry shame on you guys for allowing this to be served to people as if that is edible ? guess I wasted 50 bucks to throw it in the trash

Can always count on getting exactly what you order, not a lot of issues with cleanliness or customer service. Love this joint and will keep coming back.
