Dunkin' - Willow Grove

Yeaaa there is a reason this place is never busy. Owners need to train their personel on how to make specialty drinks. Last time im going here. To many Dunkin around for third chances.

I went here yesterday after work to order two coffees and some donuts. I couldn't hear what he said and asked him to repeated himself, and then he lashed out of me and started screaming. I left without paying, this is the second time this has happened.

How can you not have several kinds of doughnuts ready during the day especially jelly. Small and dingy place that 1/2 is being subletted prob because business is not going so well. I wounder why?

I've been a loyal Dunkin' Donuts customer for a long time. I grab my coffee every morning, and I often pick up donuts for my kids after my Saturday soccer games. Today, since my child has a league game and it was our turn to provide refreshments, I bought 10 munchkins and asked for a box to make it easier for the kids to pick them up. However, the staff member I spoke to outright refused to give me a box for the munchkins. He insisted it wasn't possible, even though the boxes are provided by Dunkin' and he doesn’t incur any cost for them. To make matters worse, he was quite rude and dismissive in his response, despite my status as a regular customer. Because of this unpleasant encounter with him—a lean guy with a mustache—I’ve decided to stop visiting this location.
