Írjon visszajelzéstI wanted a lobster roll and was pleasantly surprised that there's a place not to far away from me. The customer service is beyond lacking. I called several times and was hung up on and called back and was told to call back in 20 minutes. Once I finally was able to order it took about 20 minutes to receive my food. I picked my food up in store. There is no greeting you when you arrive and it's not a pleasant vibe in the restaurant. I will say the food was good and I would order again so we'll see how my next experience will be.
Excellent food! We ordered take out. The workers owner were so nice. Food was fantastic!! We ordered fries, cesar salad, clams casino, bang bang shrimp, hush puppies, mini crab cakes, shrimp scallop curry dish (EXCELLENT dish!! and crab bisque. Just as good quality to Mikes Seafood at the shore, if not better!! Highly recommend!
I made an order to be sent cross country, due to shipping problem, out of the control of the restaurant, the order was ruined. The proprietor went way above and beyond to make good on the order. My recipient raved it was his best birthday gift ever. Wonderful crab cakes! No one does a better job at producing a fine product and having great customer service, Manny's is THE BEST!
Manny is DA MAN ....He has an awesome personality and a beautiful heart. We love him already, and this was our first time visiting the restaurant. It feels like home. Having had an Italian mother well, you know how that is : My colleagues have been certainly notified. This is the place to eat. You don 't need to go anywhere else. Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and the staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. Pam you are wonderful. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. It 's definitely not like other restaurants and you only get a small amount of food. Gooooo Manny Goooo. But don 't leave
Two months ago, I placed an order for over $60 worth of food. Unfortunately, it wasn't checked, and when I got home, I found that my order was incorrect and half of it was still at the store. I contacted the restaurant and had my daughter go back to retrieve the missing items. After that experience, I promised myself I wouldn’t return, even though my family used to visit every Friday. The owner, who is quite elderly, has a really unpleasant attitude. My personal motto has always been not to pay for poor service or put up with bad behavior, but unfortunately, I didn't stick to my principles this time.
