All I can say is that the Caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel deserves a rating of 10 stars!
Fantastic location with semi-parking available in the back!
The coffee here is excellent, although the price for a latte feels a bit high these days.

The iced shaken espresso I had was mostly ice and didn’t even fill the cup.
The food was delightful and fresh, expertly prepared to perfection.
By far the best coffee in town!
The bacon, Gouda, and egg sandwich was fantastic!
