Ciao Pizza Grill - Wilmington

This place has ok pizza, not the best in town. Sometimes undercooked. Also their delivery system is weird, I live around the corner about a 5 min drive, and apparently I am out of delivery range being 0.7 miles away. Waste of time and food

I had high hopes based on the reviews, but the experience was just mediocre. The pizza had a doughy texture that wasn't quite right; it tasted a bit different than expected. While the sauce and cheese were decent, the dough was tough and chewy. The wings were lackluster as well—not crispy if that's what you prefer. The fries were unevenly salted. We didn’t end up throwing anything away, but I definitely wouldn’t order from here again.

I was visiting from out of town, and I have to say, this was by far the worst pizza I've ever had! The crust was so doughy and undercooked, and who thought it was a good idea to mix pizza sauce with buffalo and BBQ chicken?

I recently visited a small corner pizza place that offers both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a variety of other menu items. I tried two slices of BBQ chicken pizza and a cheesesteak wrap. The pizza was just okay; it wasn't quite the flavor I was looking for. However, the cheesesteak wrap was delicious and full of flavor, and it was served with fries. Since I arrived close to closing time, the fries weren't freshly cooked, but that didn't bother me too much. The customer service was excellent, and when I had to step outside to care for my fussy daughter, the staff was very understanding.

Delicious calzone- best I have had? my husband likes thicker crust and loves the Sicilian style, which is too much bread for me, but perfect for dough lovers? regular crust pizzas are good, lasagna pizza was interesting. Only 4 star as when I go to pick up orders staff could be a little friendlier and would like to see staff handling the food with better hygiene practices. I understand it goes in an oven , but still?.
