Dunkin' - Wilmington

Just a basic rundown Dunkin. The woman who helped me was handling money, then my donuts with no gloves or hand washing. She also seemed angry, and even angrier when I didn't tip her because of her anger.

I don't know how their food is but the service is horrible. I had left my wallet home this the first day I got my driver's license I wanted to take the little one to get a donut I was so excited lol.. but we get there I ask for a chocolate donut for this 10yr old who was also excit d I got my driver's license lol.. but anyway the guy grabs the donut bags it and then I go to pay realizing I forgot my wallet and I asked him to hold it while I go get it( donut was like $1).. so instead of him saying okay, he snatched the bag out my hands infront of the child and puts it back as he looks at me angrily.. I walked out crying with the child..all my excitement and her excitement went away and we drove home I cried all day and felt so embarrassed and shamed about forgetting $1 and I will never forget this EVER honestly I never want food from Dunkin donuts again. I am glad I didn't waste a funky dollar on their funky attitudes.

What can I say? The pink iced donut and the cream filled donut were fresh and good.

I’ve recently went in for coffee and was so disappointed!!!!We are in a pandemic and one of the staff was leaning over the woman making sandwiches with his mask just hanging off his face. How ignorant and irresponsible. Defeats the purpose of the rest of the staff. He must’ve been the manager. Smh?
