The pizza had a uneven crust, with one half thinner and smaller than the other. I never received extra cheese despite paying for it.

The pizza at this restaurant is excellent and made with very fresh ingredients.

They changed the recipe. It's closer to cardboard than pizza. RIP Papa Johns

I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, and they prepared it perfectly to my liking. The service was fast and efficient.

Husband and I tried to use a loan for wrong order that was refunded. we were 20 minutes in the waiting period. I called back several times to talk to a manager because it is the only way to use the credits and was repeatedly suspended from the machine I think. I understand it's Friday and waiting times can be long, but that felt excessive. also please write corporate and change this terrible dialogue. when they try to stop people from waiting to order that it works.
