Seasons Pizza - Wilmington

Long time customer 1. Mal complaint, I have eaten season pizza probably more than 15 years now and after my last experience not back. After an hour to wait for my order and call and find out they didn't even begin, there were about 30 minutes more minutes to them because I understand that the people are busy and companies are short employees when I recall in 30 minutes later, I was asked if I wanted to talk to the manager I didn't want to do it to this point their employees. Manager refused to come with me on the phone and I could hear that he screamed in the background, telling him that his food will be there in 7 minutes. No offer to get on the phone, no excuses don't worry for the customer at all. I decided to ask the supplier what was going on, and he told me that my food was sitting on the counter while the manager told us nothing about it. Almost a whole 2 hours of experience just waiting for some food. after a long working day to deal with frustrations and then finally get my food and it is cold. I didn't even have the energy to complain to me, and who even wanted to complain to the manager was not on the phone anyway. Would recommend one of the other numerous pizza sites that are located in the area of Maryland there are tons of them that would love your business.

The store was short staffed but friendly. I had to wait a little longer for my tuna salad.

Food taste real bland, found two pieces of hair in my bake ziti? then ask for some onions for my salad and it had a piece of hair on the cup.? smh told the waitress and she told the manager and they act like they had attitude when I said roll back the tapes they still had attitude ?. Like I was eating right there, I know that people do that, to get out of paying there bill, but I wasn't making it up one time was enough but three (3) time. Come look at your staff hair everywhere you handle food tie that mess down. ? my bill was $88.00 and I still tip the waitress $22.00.

The food is usually decent , it varies from time to time. I only like their pizza. Everything else is pretty tasteless. The delivery drivers are extremely rude. The guy David and the others when dropping off food always ask if we?re gonna leave a tip. Which I find to be rude. Maybe if they weren?t so focused on feeling entitled to one they would actually get one, but their comments block their blessings. David guy even made a comment of saying ?I?m never delivering here again?. Well hey buddy if you don?t like the job then quit. Try delivering with better customer service and a smile and you might have better luck.

It was my first time dining in here, and had a great dining experience. Excellent service and very attention staff. They made sure to compensated us for unavailable items. Food was excellent. Thank you.
