Taco Bell - Wilmington

I like this Taco Bell because the service is always quick. I find 50% have very slow service, not this one! Polite staff with a friendly service.

Burrito Supreme flat as a pancake. Hardly anything inside. Basically bit into 80% flour tortilla and a bit of mush. Regular tortilla had a sliver of some meat stuff and the rest lettuce and a dab of cheese. Wanted to barf. Threw it out. What happenedto Taco Bell?

Taco bell app and google said they were closed at 2 o'clock. I have placed an order on the taco bell app and was calculated for ordering. When I arrived at 1:20 a.m., I was greeted with “Berry that we are closed”. When I was asked for the order, I was charged that there was no answer. when I was ignored again until I started the horn. When they finally came into the window, I asked myself again about the order I put on the app and was accused for me, I was told: “Besorgung, we are closed. they must request a refund” and close the window. completely rude, unconsidered and unprofessional.

Very empty dishes for most food items, order intakes, missing food. I am in the regular a car-thru customer, and I love the taco bell brand, but this place needs some work for more consistent experiences.

I paid with cash and this lady with blonde hair (in a bun) asked if i had 6 cents. and i said yes ofc. and she was like sorry im running out of change, and i said no worries, i understand!i understood because i work in the food industry and sometimes my store doesn't have change, and people these days can be real rude! so i felt bad and i gave them my whole jar of change i had in my car, and she gave me not one, but TWO bags of cinnamon twists! i thought it was so kind of them. thank you
