The Felix Cafe - Wilmington

This place is amazing. A must try! Soo unique. Coconut shrimps were announced! Praise Bisque delicious. Hummertail. Pineapple frozen drink Concoction brought me to the tropics. Ty for a great experience.

Super friendly staff! I sat next to the salt water aquarium to admire their beautiful corals and fish and the waitress showed me their mascot ? ? My pineapple shrimp fried rice came IN a pineapple, which was a nice touch to a delicious dish! Definitely give this place a visit!

Stopped for lunch on our way to Carolina Beach. They were very busy, but honest that they were behind. Oddly we never felt that. Some of the very best service we've ever had. Multiple visits to the table, appetizer came out quickly and was delicious. Food didn't take near as long as they said it would but we were visited many times by staff to make sure we were happy and we'll taken care of. Food itself was delicious!!! We highly recommend!

First time 5/6/2022. We shared the steam pot with crab legs, shrimp, mussels, clams, andoulie sausage, potatoes and corn on the cob. The mussels were some of the best we have had ; clean, not sandy and tasty. The sausage was a tad hot for my spouse but didn't overwhelm the whole lot. Crab and shrimp were great. Daughter had pineapple shrimp served in half a pineapple. Said her shrimp were mushy, but hopefully kitchen will correct. Friend had the ribeye steak and ate everything

The Felix Cafe is a hidden gem! We went there to listen to jazz and get a bite to eat. The inside opens to a new world of creativity. You will have to walk around to enjoy all to see. Oh...back to the food and music. The Bacon-Gouda-Mushroom soup and the Coconut Shrimp were DELICIOUS!!! The presentation was just as delightful as the food. Hats off to the friendly staff who definitely show pride in their cafe; a special shout out to Bill Kerr (the jazz entertainer) and my new BFF!
