Applebee's - Wilson

The friendliest waitstaff I've ever encountered! The servers were fantastic and ensured my cup was always full. The chocolate meltdown is a fantastic dessert to share with your partner.

Parking was convenient and accessible for those in wheelchairs. The ambiance was pleasant, and the service was excellent. However, I found the prices to be quite high for a small, somewhat tough steak. On the other hand, my daughter ordered the parmesan lemon chicken, which was exceptional—that one bite I tried simply melted in my mouth. We spent $43, but I left feeling a bit hungry. This was my first visit, and it's possible it may also be my last.

We had a wonderful visit to this applebees in wilson. the food was perfectly cooked. our waitress was called Erica. she gave us a great service. the chefs in the back brought our food out and made sure that we were satisfied with our meal. overall very good place to eat.

In my opinion this isn't the basic Applebee's experience which is why i felt more inclined to leave a review. Yes the establishment was basic Applebee's but the staff was exceptional. Professionally friendly seemed genuinely concerned about service. As a customer i appreciate feeling like my business matters and thats how they treated me my family. It prompted me to tip better recommend THIS particular Applebee's.

Waitress was good and quickly seated us and took our orders for drinks , when return then took our dinner order. Kitchen staff need to up there game 30 min wait after we put in order. Plenty of seating as no body was there when we walked in.
