Blonde women behind bar waste osf space spent more time lookin on her mobile had eyelashes like worzel gummage she should have been sacked ages ago she's bone idol since she first started now wonder it's empty sack her and I'm sure it will get...busier

This establishment was basically empty , but for a few day drinkers . Three members of staff who all sat at the bar chatting near the entrance .. because of the bar design they couldn't see customers who needed serving but customers couldn't see them......which I guess was there plan . All the tables were filthy and no table cleaning took place as I was there . I guess chatting at the bar was more important . When I eventually did get served the staff were young with no manners , no please no thankyou .the glasses were filthy ...the beers I received was flat . I did complain but no barrels were changed they just carried on serving the stuff .I guess this establishment just caters for the local alcoholics .Took a few sips and left ..

I am guessing as most of the clientell who use this place don't use Trip Advisor! However here goes anyway. Typical weatherspoons really. Staff can hardly be bothered to lift up there heads and engage in conversation. Tables constantly walked past and not cleaned. Zero...enthusiasm. (It's not my job My usual breakfast at I returned later that day to find exactly the same suger rappers on the table that where left in the morning.. Is this place actually managed?? Or is this the weatherspoons ethos. Morning set up is a shambles some times the water dispenser gets filled sometimes it doesn't. OR maybe it gets filled but no glasses! On a plus the food is its usual standard and good value. Please get some enthusiasm!

Stopped here for lunch with my mum, before we settled to our b and b at winsley. We where waiting at the door, we had to wave to the staff to get their attention. We found a seat and ordered. The waiter Joe b had...to ask us twice what we wanted. My mum's panini came with chips she didn't ask for chips, also Wiltshire ham? er it was cheese and bacon,mum didn't eat much of hers. I had BBq spare ribs and I love them. The waitress when she came with our food didn't have her mask over her face.Mum followed Joe to the pay counter Joe asked her to follow him to the bar mum went to pay for the meal, she said to Joe b oops need to go back and get my mask, he said oh you don't have to wear your mask the staff seem very lacked in rules which we found not good. My mum went back to get her mask as me and my mum abide by the rules and checked in on the covid app. We weren't impressed with the food and the staff's lack of respect of covid rules. Misleading menu with panini plus drink you think the panini comes with a free drink when it's not.

(From a previous Wetherspoon’s employee) Food took over mins to come out even though they are meant to take a maximum of mins and the pub was extremely empty “Out of stock” of pizzas when quite clearly just couldn’t be bothered...to make them mins for small shots to be brought over, again the pub was extremely empty Food was cold, buttermilk chicken was disgusting Rather poor customer service from floor staff I understand getting used to being out of lockdown has been a struggle but this was disgraceful for a Wetherspoons, I have visited the Wetherspoon’s in Midsomer Norton since restrictions have lifted and they were still as fantastic as before, this was just a shambles, will never be going back!
