The group of people working in this restaurant have it going for them. They are a good team and work together well, and I never get a bad sandwich out of there

Went in and ordered sandwiches and barely any meat on them and by time i got then they werent even warm anymore. Gross. Plus had to wait an halfhour just for the sandwishes to be made. Very slow guy in there and no idea what hes doing at all.

Sandwiches were yummy and service was excellent. Made a great picnic

Two veterans and a woman, who is the mother of one and the partner of the other, walked in and were informed they had to pay separately. This is ridiculous and shameful. I remember when they offered $5 footlongs, and you would get more meat back then. Overall, I would rate the service as a 2 and the food as a 2 for my take-out lunch.

The food was decent, but the service left much to be desired. I encountered two staff members who were quite rude—one was a very thin woman who seemed agitated, and the other was a larger woman with black hair. They rushed me while I was placing my order and even insulted my choices, despite my experience making that sandwich for years. When I politely expressed that I felt disrespected, I was unexpectedly asked to leave and banned from the establishment. I would not recommend this place. Food rating: 3/5.
