Ichiban's half-price carryout sushi on weekdays is a fantastic deal! Check out the picture below. You do need to purchase a drink with every four rolls you order, but that's no big deal! The sushi is fresh and delicious! I would be a bit cautious about dining in, though—the front entrance looks a bit questionable, and the interior feels cramped with limited air circulation. Eating indoors isn't for me during COVID times. The staff was wearing masks, but many patrons were not. The Marilyn Mon Rolls, Sweet Love Rolls, and Rainbow Rolls were all VERY GOOD!

The experience didn't quite meet my expectations. I ordered a soup and salad, but the soup was surprisingly bitter, and the salad consisted solely of lettuce. The fried rice turned out to be regular white rice instead of what I anticipated, and the vegetables lacked flavor. They also provided much more chicken than filet mignon. While the ginger sauce was disappointing, the white sauce was quite tasty. Overall, I felt it was overpriced for the quality of food we received.

The staff was wearing masks, but the male employees were not. I tried the Marilyn Mon rolls, Sweet Love rolls, and Rainbow rolls, and all of them were excellent!

The food was excellent, and the portions were generous. I had a great time! The sushi was incredibly tasty!

Ichiban boasts the best hibachi tables I've ever experienced. Our chef was incredibly skilled, and we certainly didn't leave hungry. Their sushi is also quite delicious. I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10!
