Írjon visszajelzéstI ordered online and they messed up the sandwich ?. And Iv called 6 times and they aren’t answering. Mind you when I went to pick up my order it wasn’t busy. So I’m paying a good amount of money for a SUB and they won’t even answer the phone. Now I’m at work and can’t leave and have a sub that I don’t want to eat ?. Great ?
I must give an extra star because the food isn't bad. BUT Katrina ____ the store manager NEEDS to be retrained on how to train her staff! All they hire is young men who let all their friends back behind the counter. None of the employees know how to give a refund on the computer system, which clearly means they were never properly trained. Katrina you need to be properly trained on how to lead your staff and you've failed to do so. For no one to know how to work the computer system is just poor and improper management. When I came in the lady even asked a young man working there if he knew, this guy was playing with a toy gun when I arrived and didn't budge to get up and try to help, like a good employee would.New management! New staff!I understand this is just Winder and getting well educated people is difficult in this city.... but something must be done to improve the quality of good restaurant etiquette.Still never got my refund btw.
Checking the reviews to see if anything change since I haven't been there in 3 years, since nothing has changed I will keep going to Hamilton Mill that place is awesome.
