Kentucky Express - Winder

The KFC in Winder, GA, is by far the worst and most unpleasant-tasting KFC I have ever experienced. It was terrible and did not represent KFC’s usual quality at all. I even called the corporate office to voice my concerns, but they didn't seem to care. It's been a couple of years since that experience, and I haven't set foot in another KFC since. I would be willing to give KFC another try, but not at the one in Winder, GA!

I arrived at 9:15 PM and noticed that the lobby was closed at 9:00 PM. As I was about to leave, an employee opened the door for me. I asked if I needed to go through the drive-thru to pick up my order, and she informed me that I could come inside to get it. My food was ready in the lobby, but my drinks were not. When I asked one of the workers about the drinks, she went to prepare them. At that point, the manager rudely questioned why I was inside. I explained that I was just waiting for my drinks. She insisted that I go through the drive-thru to retrieve them. I refused, stating that I wouldn’t go through the drive-thru for two sweet teas that my customer had already paid for. The manager then stormed into the kitchen, loudly complaining about me and yelling. I told her that she shouldn't speak to me the way she was talking to her employees. Since taking over a few months ago, I've witnessed her yelling at staff and treating them poorly in front of customers. Someone who has issues managing their own stress should not be working in a public-facing role, especially in a supervisory position. While I may have reacted poorly when she mistreated her staff, I will not tolerate her behavior directed at me.

This is one of the most beautiful kfcs I've ever been to. as if they don't have a code as they prepare to eat, the hawn always tastes and looks like it had been taken out of the scum 3 days before. if they are checked by food quality services, they would be closed immediately and kfcs fabric would go down a few dollars just for how bad quality everything is.

If I could give this place, I would. I went through today and a woman named patty was the one who helped me. She is the rude woman I've ever met in my life! She was snoring and you could say that she couldn't take care of her job less! She has miserably relied and as I did her nicely correct her, she was very rude to me and she was very upset. did not even have a nice day or thanks or something! and when I called the load to talk to a manager, the person said to answer the phone what, were somehow busy. I never come back!

We placed a pick up order at 9:01 thinking they were closing at 10 and it was almost $30. When we got to the place to pick it up, there was a sign that said they closed at 9. We were not informed about this after placing our order, when normally if an order is placed after closing time, the restaurant would call to let them know and refund the persons money. Not only does my family not have their dinner, but we are also out of $30.
