Ocean Basket The Grove - Windhoek

We visited this restaurant for lunch and ordered sushi. Although it took longer than we anticipated to receive our food, the portion sizes were generous and the quality was good. The restaurant wasn't very busy at the time, and there were plenty of staff members, so I’m not quite sure why there was such a delay—especially since sushi doesn’t require any cooking.

Overall, my experience was fine. The food wasn't anything special, but it was still acceptable. The service was good. However, the sushi lacked flavor, and the wasabi was quite underwhelming.

Very nice fishery, when busy you might wait little longer for food. Very nice beer.

We went as a group to dine earlier in the week and boy was I disappointed. The server did her best to tend to all of us, it was the food that was shocking. Firstly, my food was cold but I was at the point of eating my braids, so i ate it. Secondly the prawns were overcooked and i was served maybe 10 chips strips. And this is just my food, i dont want to get into the other dishes as time just will not allow. My advice to management, i realise that times are tough but serving sub-standard food is how you ensure closure.
