A&w - Windsor

It's drive-thru only; after finding a place to park and eat, discovered our root beer was lacking the syrup and tasted like club soda. Long line up of cars, so it wasn't worth it to get drinks replaced.

Just arrived a little late in town on a Tuesday, needed a quick bite to eat so we stopped in at A&W for the $12 Two Meal Special 2 Original Bacon Cheeseburger Combos For $12 Every Tuesday. A quick roll through the Drive Thru, and we were on our way to our condo with a lite dinner. Great meal, great service, great price! Do yourself a favor and give them a try! Absolutely ? amazing! The service was perfect! The employee couldn't help but giggle at my reaction to her mention of the half gallon of A&W Root Beer. The Root Beer Float was nothing short of Heaven and took me back to my childhood. If you are feeling grumpy or simply want a true taste of what Heaven, take a trip to Windsor A&W. Bring your family , it will certainly create a memory for a lifetime. Now my mouth is watering after writing this review. One way to resolve that problem.. See you soon A&W!

One of the better burger joints around I'd compare to Carl's jr.. both of which I have never gotten food poisoning from. A&W and Carl's jr. are the only fast food I'll eat anymore. Plus A&W has the buy one get one free pappa burger Tuesday i think it is. Double check that I don't remember exactly what day. You buy the combo you get a second combo for free and it's quite tasty!!!!

Some of the menu items are a bit pricey for what you receive, but the root beer is outstanding. The Coney Dog is somewhat disappointing; you can find a larger hot dog topped with chili and cheese at a 7 Eleven for a lower price. However, the cheese curds are fantastic.
