Dutch Bros Coffee - Windsor

I went to get a water bottle from Dutch bros in windsor. There was no line at all and no cars behind me. I ordered a drink. The person was very very short with me and rude. I asked questions if I could buy a water bottle or if they knew when they would get anymore in. She said she didn't work there very long, didn't even attempt to ask anyone else and went back to laughing and joking with the other staff members. Than when I left what I ordered wasn't what I got ended up having to throw it away. I have only ever been here once because it's always busy but the way I was treated and didn't even get any of my question answered didn't feel great. I will never go back to this location. There is a human bean and a Starbucks that have always been more friendly and I feel as though my questions are taking care of even if they don't know the answers they will go find someone that could answer your questions. There was lack of management and resources here.

I love the way they make my sugar free Annihilator. No whipped cream, just delicious coffee. Sometimes I get ice cubes to turn it to a cold drink after a few sips. The Dutch Bros. crew is always very friendly and quick. Thanks Windsor team! ??

Always excellent coffee, fast service. I prefer using the walk up window as there is usually no wait!

When you get to Dutch Brothers, you are greeted by staff that is friendly, enthusiastic, energized and ready to serve you some of the best drinks in town. That is why I would recommend going to Dutch Brothers not only for the drinks, atmosphere and the people, but for how they give back to the community (ie: breast cancer awareness, ALS and more)
