Kaede - Windsor

Our water and tea were always full. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The sushi is modular (add/remove any item). I love that they created customer recipes on the walls. Great price, fantastic experience. I had the best tasting sushi so far.

What a happy little hidden jewel of a sushi spot. The staff is friendly and attentive (the owner floats to say a little hello) and the fish is beautiful and fresh. Do not let yourself be of the lack of sashimi on the menu, they are happy to use it when you ask. We drive from downtown Santa Rosa when we get the Sushi Itch.

A real find! Excellent sushi at very good prices. We tried a mixture of rollers, Nigiri and Sashimi. All were very good or better. And really super gyozas. (My wife is usually indifferent to Gyozas. Here she insisted that we get another order! Also pleasant service. The only disadvantage is that it is very small.

We were scheduled for a show at the Wells Fargo Center at 4:00 and had about an hour to eat. We found this place in the shopping mall next door. The cook and the staff were super friendly. To make offer a special role that was beautiful. Very happy with our random find. Very recommended.

This place is great. Creative and excellently tasty sushi rolls. You can design your own roll, too. The staff are friendly and attentive.
