Pho Van - Windsor

I started my new job in Windsor last year, and I'm pretty often here. It's a little mom and pop shop, and the owners are really nice. I always have the rice dish with grilled pork, carved pork, fried egg, Vietnamese egg cake or whatever it is called. You should try this place.

We have visited many Pho restaurants and had positive experiences, but this one surpassed all of them. The view was fantastic, and the staff cooked in sight of most tables, which added to the ambiance. The mixed bubble tea was incredibly fresh, and the Pho was the best we’ve ever had. The friendly and attentive staff made our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back regularly! Plus, the place was super clean!

Original Pho from a Vietnamese family. The meat and noodles were perfectly proportioned in the rich broth. The spring rolls were great as well. The owners were very friendly, and the Pho was just what I needed on a rainy day.

I honestly haven't come across a better place than this. The broth is sweet and clear, and the owners and chefs are truly top-notch! The quality and portion sizes are always perfect! And don't even get me started on their chili oil. If you're in Connecticut and looking for a great Pho spot, this is definitely a must-try!
