Chipotle Mexican Grill - Windsor Mill

Everything was overcooked. Stingy portions. Very sloppy service. Served cold. Do not dine in; very unsanitary. One server even served a customer without gloves and forgot; until she noticed. She did apologized to the customer and they still charged the customer for the food. Couldn’t been me! Last time coming here! It’s not worth it..bless your food before eating it!

Wow! This place has made a complete turnaround. I waited just 5 minutes for my DoorDash order, and they actually kept me updated that my food would be ready soon, which is a pleasant surprise. The staff seems to be really hardworking, unlike the usual rude and inattentive service I've experienced elsewhere. I'm really pleased to see these positive changes!

Order 4 meals through Uber Eats and only received two bags of chips and two chocolate milks for my kids. Talked with the Uber driver and he explained how he argued with the employee(s) for 5 minutes that our order couldn’t be right due to the amount of food ordered and the size of the bag they gave him. No one did a second check and they insisted it was “good”. Never again

I was visiting from South Carolina and found the service and food to be fantastic! My only concern was that the preparation areas weren't very clean. I noticed that the food containers on the prep table were cross-contaminated. Although it was close to closing time, I believe that food should always be kept separate.

The food is excellent, but the service can be quite disappointing at times. Some of the staff have an attitude that makes me hesitant to return. They rarely smile and aren't very friendly. There's no warm welcome, and it often feels like they want you to order immediately, as if you're inconveniencing them by being there. Overall, the service leaves much to be desired!
