Mancini's Italia Bakery - Windsor

Among the amazingly fresh breads and desserts and pastries Italia bakery has to offer, they have just recently reintroduce the hot table! Their arancini riceballs are filled with cheese and meat sauce in the center and so fresh. Their meatballs are also a must try. My kids and I also enjoy their fresh loaf of Nonna 's bread sliced. The pastries all look delicious! The peaches and Sicilian cannoli are again...our favorites. Everything has always been fresh. I 'm always met with a warm smile by the staff and the customer service is great.

Enjoyed an excellent dinner tonight thanks to Mancini’s Italia Bakery. Mancini’s has always been a great staple on Erie Street and now under new family ownership the Pupatello family are successfully carrying on the great tradition put forward by the Mancini family while introducing new items to the bakery deli and hot food selection. Great service selection !!

Poor customer service, unprofessional conduct and attitude from their baker (Maggie). We were pushed to order before even tasting. Frankly, and with utmost respect, the quality of their cakes that we sampled was far below the arrogance we observed.

I picked up some delicious bread today, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. I intended to buy several items, but I was shuffled from one employee to another, ultimately being ignored. They had two meat slicers, but one was apparently cleaned and they didn't want to clean it again. The employee who took over for me continued to slice cheese for a deli tray while I waited for my turn. To make matters worse, another customer who arrived after me was helped first, prompting the employee who was supposed to assist me to stop cutting cheese to help them instead. Is there really no common sense in this situation?

Located in Windsor’s Little Italy, they come highly recommended for their huge selection of Italian favourites including a great assortment of delicious pastries. Their custard filled peaches are probably the best we’ve had. The cannolis were very good but I’m told their tiramisu is even better! This is definitely a must if you’re craving sweet treats, scrumptious bread, pizza!
