Toasty's Grilled Cheese & Salad Bar

I went there a long time ago with a friend who was a big fan of the place. One of us was paying by debit and turned out that the machines were down. The staff charged us only for one sandwich even though we were insisting on paying for both! But it was not just because of the free sandwich, the taste of the sandwiches, the freshness and the ambience of the restaurant was very good. It was busy but not noisy at all! Would love to go again!

Went with my son to Windsor for a weekend getaway. We were hungry and stopped in for a snack. We split the roast beef. It was very tasty. The horseradish added a nice kick. The price was what I would expect to pay for quality food. The menu is huge. Fortunately, it wasn't too busy and we weren't pressured by anyone behind us to give our choice. The place was spotless. The decor is updated though some of the stools are wobbly. We talked with Stephanie, one of the owners, who is delightful. When I come back to Windsor, this will definitely be a return stop.

I am a Caesar salad fanatic and their Caesar is definitely in my top 5. It was a very generous portion as well and it was made right before my eyes. I have a severe peanut/nut allergy and they were able to accommodate me. Great place to check out if you're downtown or on Ouellette looking for a bite.

We had half sandwich and a bowl of soup. This was our first visit and we were very pleased. We will return.

We saw the reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to try. Best grilled cheese sandwiches ever! Owners were friendly and professional. Restaurant itself was clean and modern. We will be back for certain.
