Dawning owner and staff always treat you like you matter. They serve excellent traditional food at a very reasonable price by today's standards. We love their special plates.

This restaurant is a straight up gem! The owners are so friendly and genuine.Restaurant has the “classic” diner feel (somewhat outdated but I feel it gives a nostalgic feel)Food is all home-made and with fresh ingredients.I haven’t tried their dinner menu yet but the breakfast and lunch options are so tasty.I had never heard of “cream of carrot” soup, but had tried it and it’s amazing.Will 100% return here again.Vegetarian options: Not a lot of options but there is some availableParking: Parking lot is very small and shared with other businesses, but you can usually get a spot near the doorWheelchair accessibility: No stairs whatsoever

One of Winnipeg 's classic regulars restaurants ! You know it 's good if everyone seems to come back again and again.The menu was much larger than expected and the food was delicious, we were impressed by the portions for the price! The servers were great and the restaurant was quiet. The restaurant is nothing fancy focused on good food and good service! We 'll be back!
