Burger King - Winston Salem

I have gone to this particular BK twice in the a.m. And twice have I left irritated. The first time I was blocked in by a line and the second time I was first in line and could drive off. This is the slowest BK that I have ever had the displeasure to roll into. They have the lady, Amanda, running both the front counter and the drive-thru. It actually made me upset because I left early just to get breakfast. I sat in the drive-thru for 10 minute before I realized that she still was not coming my way, AND I left without food and coffee, which I skipped on doing at home. What a waste of time...how is it this slow at a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT? I am not fond of McDonald's, I sure wish I had gone there instead.

The employees here are so very nice. My 7 year old daughter comments on how nice they are at the drive through. My orders are allways correct regardless of the changes I make to the recipes. This is my daughter's favorite place to go and I dont argue with her request to go here because I know we will be taken care of well.

The manager was quite pleasant. Quality customer service is what differentiates you from your competitors. I'll be returning. ?

Newly remodeled, good food, clean, and great playplace for the kids. This BurgerKing is a better remodel than the new McDonald's playplace remodel. This will be our go to place with the kids.
