Cold Stone Creamery - Winston-Salem

The ice cream at this restaurant is consistently delicious, and the customer service is always welcoming. Special thanks to Sasha and Jayla for their kindness and friendliness.

I am disappointed in the changes made to the original Stone Cold Creamery at this WS location. There is no seating available to enjoy our ice cream, which takes away from the experience. My children were also upset that the staff no longer sings. On a quiet Wednesday afternoon, we had to wait for someone to acknowledge us. We will be visiting the one in Virginia instead, where the atmosphere is much more enjoyable and true to what Stone Cold Creamery should be.

I ordered three different flavors in a cone and they were all delicious. The servings were generous and I really enjoyed it.

Can be expensive but you can't beat some of their set flavor combinations. Love the birthday cake one (ask to add cake pieces) and their peanut butter or Reeses options. Love their set ?? ice cream creations. They also have handicap accessible ?️ parking, ? restrooms and seating.

Three people working, two people in line, one person doing it all, poor management. Waited forever
