TGI FRIDAYS - Winston Salem

Despite there being many empty tables, the restaurant initially refused to honor our reservation. It took 70 minutes for our food to arrive, but when it did, it was fresh and delicious. Disappointingly, a manager never approached our table. We have no intention of returning to this establishment.

Very poor service didn’t have the tables ready we sat for 45 mins without menus...the waitresses said the party of 30 needs to go somewhere else. So with that being said poor service can ruin a business and my party left

It was ridiculously busy n chaotic though there weren’t that many people where we sat at the bar the waiters were really trying to accommodate us but they were visibly annoyed at the disarray of the waitresses dropping glasses and just random occurrences surrounding them.

The bathroom was filthy, brought that to t manager's attention and she had it taken care of immediately. The waitress was friendly and knowledgeable, checked on us during the visit and asked if we needed anything. Our orders were correct and the food was delicious.

We were here for silvester because everything else was booked. It was okay. in the hanes mall. enter outside the shopping center. caesar salat was spicy. all in all a good meal.
