On Sunday afternoon, I visited the drive-thru and placed my order with a lovely young woman named Tamara. She listened carefully and handed me warm, fresh food with a bright smile. She wished me a wonderful day while maintaining that same cheerful demeanor. Thank you for a delightful experience—great service!
The food was fresh but had to wait 15 minutes in the car thru before ordering and another 12 before paying the window. car i in front of me I moved away because I wait. this place always has this problem. closest to my house.
I like Wendy 's in general; only not this situation. They never seem to get the order right, managers didn't know the menu and as their employees tried to help me by correcting it was angry and cried on it! I'm trying to avoid this special store, although it's most convenient for me to just go for waiting time and trouble. Wendy can and does much better than that.
This restaurant really needs to be replaced with something better, even a fast-food spot like Burger King would be an improvement. The staff needs a complete overhaul; it's hard to believe they have a basic grasp of customer service. Simple requests like "to go" or "no tomato" seem to be beyond their understanding. I have a strong suspicion that the person responsible for hiring here doesn’t have very high standards, and their qualifications might not be as impressive as they'd like to think.
