I placed an online order for dinner, which was confirmed at 5:36 PM. The second email indicated that my order would be ready for pickup at 5:51 PM. When I arrived, I paid for my order and waited. At 6:05 PM, I inquired about my order's status and was informed there was an issue with the shrimp. I clarified that I hadn't ordered shrimp. The staff member checked my order and went back to the kitchen. He returned to say there had been a mix-up, and it would take an additional 25 to 30 minutes. I requested a refund, which was promptly processed. After this experience, I don't think I'll be ordering from there anymore.
