Baskin-robbins - Winter Haven

I ordered a Oreo Layered Sundae and received a cup with soft serve vanilla ice cream and a couple oreo pieces. I did not pay over $10 to get a half done dessert. For reference it should’ve been 3 scoops of cookies n cream ice cream, hot fudge, oreo cookie pieces and marshmallow topping. I also ordered a brownie sundae and the brownie tasted like it was a week old and my sister almost got sick because of it. I will not be going there again, I wish I could’ve gotten my money back but it was an online order.

Twice now we have ordered just to have our order canceled due to no ingredients.

Worst customer service ever, didn't have enough flavors either waffle cones... the cashier made us wait over 20 mins for a milkshake that taste so bad and it was watery. Please don't waste your time over here. Drive a little further and go to cold stone or Andy's.

They're always out of something. not much variety; either. that's at anydunkin/robbins location; not just south Florida

The employees are watering down their milk shakes tremendously. It's so watered down that you hardly think there any ice cream inside it. Completely unacceptable. For the amount they charge I expect to receive an actual milk shake. Don't go here.
