Dunkin' - Winter Haven

Terrible service, they could care less that I am standing there waiting. They are to buzy laughing and carrying on with friends and phones. I just stood there they gave me my donuts now I am waiting on the rest of my order but they forgot because they are to buzy. After awhile I did say something and the one lady looked at me like what are.you talking about. Then I reminded them I ordered a sandwich too. They had not even started it.

Girl with short red wavy hair and glasses was terribly rude! She snatched the coffee out my hands when I told her it was the wrong one and when I said you have an attitude she said you too and slammed the glass window. No respect at all can't even do their job when barley any customers are there. Go to starbucks down the road!

Everything was good (especially the Iced Latte) although the Hash Browns werent very crispy.

I don't usually leave any reviews. but this is the third bad experience I had here. the first two times, much too much cream/milk, tasted like nothing to water as a coffee. and the third time, I ordered from a food delivery service, 2 coffee tasted nothing like cake battery, instead straight up espresso. Drinks were watered, chocolate croissant was hard and old, and my coconut mango refreshergo tasted like nothing. it tasted as if 10 packs were added to him sugar. save your own journey, and just go to the one on US-27! even if they can order them from the app. the line moves so much faster they get free drinks?.

The server's charisma shone through with every phrase and attitude she displayed. She was patient and very kind.
