It started to rain while I was there, and I felt bad for those who had to wait outside. The staff was wonderful—friendly and efficient—and the area was clean. I would rate this experience 5/5. In response to the owner's reply, I want to clarify that we had no complaints about the service—just some personal preferences regarding the churro shake. Everyone’s taste buds are different, and while it wasn’t our favorite, we’re excited to try any new flavors that come out. My family and I love the variety of shakes offered and we often order multiple to keep in the freezer for the next day. The location is fantastic, and the employees are truly great. Thank you for your response!
We ordered a deluxe Junior cheeseburger (there wasn't any cheese on it! , we also ordered a plain cheesecake milkshake (they added strawberries . This was all my food and wasn't realized until my husband brought them both home.
Placed order nice and slow in drive-through. Gets order still has all the things on the order I didn't want in my burger. Didn't even give me my drink. Had to ask them for it.Check your order before you pull off
Was just in one of your Sonic drive ins and ordered a cheeseburger without ketchup. I drove home (2miles), when I opened my burger, of course it had ketchup on and not only that you could tell the burger had been prepared earlier because the burger was cold and the bread completely soggy on the outside. I am very disappointed as I rarely eat out. I did call and let the staff know about my burger and she very nice and apologized to me.
