Írjon visszajelzéstI have to say, this experience at Chili's was quite a mixed bag. It used to be my favorite restaurant—nothing beats their chicken, fries, sweet corn, and root beer. However, last night when I visited this childhood favorite, the food was still good, but the service was quite different. Our server was not very attentive to our table, and we had to wait a long time for food, refills, and even the check. Maybe it was just an off night, so I'm not completely dismissing Chili's, but if that had been my only experience, I wouldn't want to return.
Frustrated, I sought answers and learned that the kitchen was operating at full capacity. I voiced my concerns and challenged the hostess, asking why we were being asked to leave our seats. She referred to a “QA person” but didn’t provide any clear answers. When I insisted that a manager should explain the situation, she maintained that we had to vacate the high-top table but could remain in the building. I requested to speak with a manager, and while we were waiting, I noticed that four different parties were seated in the bar area, including at the very table we were asked to leave. The manager was unhelpful and blamed the situation on pandemic policies, despite the fact that the world has been functioning normally for quite some time now. I’ve been a regular at this Chili’s, visiting at least once a week, and it's become apparent that the Orlando locations suffer from poor management. Many employees have echoed that the issue lies with untrained managers and arbitrary decisions made by the district manager without proper oversight. Chili’s typically offers decent food at great value, and I’ve always found wonderful staff at their establishments. However, the lack of effective management, starting from the top down, is severely impacting the customer experience.
Our salads were fresh and enjoyable, and the chicken had a decent flavor. However, the full-sized salads were more of a half portion. The prices were a bit on the higher side. On the bright side, the service was excellent.
I loved this place, but I recently stopped and for what I paid, the parts were not very good.
Great food, service good. But you guys are not taking care about coronavirus at all! Even tho you had space you put all the people on one side of the restaurant literally everyone right next to each other! There was it less 30 people on just one side of the restaurant not plastic protections between tables, not spaces between tables.
