Really nice experience dealing with everyone in the store. I have a new place to get my watches worked on. Couldn't ask for more.
Great experience at Orlando watch. Gave me a good offer on my trade. They also hooked up the new watch. Overall very happy with the experience and Nick did was awesome to deal with. Highly recommend!
Made a visit for the fourth time to OWC.....two successful and two not . Trade in's are undervalued...shop around to be sure . Retail prices in the store are top end prices...good to shop around again. Good staff but know that whatever you get done there , you are simply paying top prices. They have a lovely new store but know that they simply dont want to negotiate. On a 10000 you might see 300 of wiggle room. Overall Ok but know you are paying full retail and getting below prices for trades and hey , they are out to run a business. Nice people . Of course , only in my experience .
This is probably my favorite local Orlando-area retail store. For real. The staff aren't just sales staff. They are watch geeks, and they are ready to help everyone from the first watch buyer to a seasoned collector. Extremely friendly. Extremely knowledgeable. No pressure. They also have a great selection of new watches (Oris, Bremont, Longines, Grand Seiko, Seiko Prospex, Meistersinger, Bell&Ross, and Shinola) and a wonderful rotating selection of vintage Rolex, Omega, Patek, AP, Cartier, JLC, etc. I rarely plan on buying something when I stop by. But my wife and I stop by every time we are on Park Avenue because it's just that friendly of a place, with lots of interesting things and people inside.
I have been to this establishment before with simple battery changes to my g-shocks. No issues whatsoever. Customer service was exceptional so I decided to trust them with my TAG Heuer. Little did I know I was in for a surprise. I was told it would take a hour and I would receive a call. Never received a call. No big deal. Came in to pick up my time piece. Everything was working fine but upon coming home I noticed this deep scratch on the back case of the watch. Pretty evident to say the lease. Amazing how no one came to notice this. You can judge by the pics posted with the review. I called in and they told me to come back. They brought it to the back and admitted to the scratch (which was admirable). I was given the excuse of I 'm sorry. It happens. It was really tight. They offered to polish it and I initially agreed but I couldn 't come to grips of leaving this sentimental object in the hands of an establishment that damaged it in the first place due to a battery change. I couldn 't trust them with a detailed project of polishing where the serial number is placed as well as the signature textured backing of this particular formula 1. Frank, the customer service representative that helped me, was patient and represents this company well. The repair service on the other hand? Be weary. You 've been warned. So I 'll tell you what they 've told me, It happens. Just pray you 're not the unfortunate individual it happens to.
