Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Winter Park

RIP Popeye's in Winter Park. I started eating there in 2000 when I moved to Winter Park from South Florida. There used to be a picture on the wall of this location in the 1970's. We survived the remodel together, and protesting the opening of the Casselberry location. (turns out that place sucks anyways) I was a well known guest up until around 2018 when the traffic just got too bad due to Winter Park's greedy overbuilding. You will be missed by me, but not by my waistline!

This location has improved so much. Please keep up the great work! Our food was hot and fresh. The fries were crispy, hot and perfect. This will definitely be our favorite location! ???

I went to Popeyes Chicken the other day and placed my order, but they said in spite of advertising on TV that they don't offer that any longer. Anyway, the manager Yolanda, worked and worked to get me what I wanted for the price I wanted. Well she finally got it, and I got 5 pieces of chicken for $5.31! (Usually $7.44) Good deal huh? Well the clerk that was taking my order ask me to put a kudo comment online even if I had to ask a granddaughter to do it for me! Well. Sure enough, I tried but couldn't find how to do it, so could you please help me with this? The store is the one on Fairbanks. Thanks honey for your brain on this. I owe you one!-My Grandma Judy gives many thanks to Yolanda and the cashier that helped her out with this. She tells me regularly that Popeyes is her guilty pleasure and her favorite. Thank you for making her day.

Very slow service. Waited almost an hour at the drive thru. Every Popeyes that I go to, the same thing happens. I got to the location at 1:18 PM and I ended up leaving at 2:17 PM. Horrible.

I use to hate this location, happen to give it another shot and let me tell you as long as the GM Stephanie is here I’m in….She made sure customer service was excellent. She made sure I walked away with fresh food. It wasn’t just about her job but definitely about her customers. Girl you rock! I hope you see this and know you were truly appreciated! Thank you ?
