Fast, friendly service... But beware, hours are not accurate!

The worst service you can receive. After being told the 2 for 5 special on the spicy chicken sandwich was over and placed another order l paid for my order and wasn't giving a recipe l waited at the window only for the young lady to ask me what. I replied about my recipe and was told thee is a problem with the machine. So why you didn't say that in the beginning. She didn't have on a name tag but was given a recipe at the next window. This type of service will be reported to Ohio.

Another lovely experience at 1308 W Fairbanks. We used coupons this time and all the employees (and food) was great. I'm glad they rebuilt the store from the ground up.

Great Location, very fast, food awesome like every Wendy's...but this one has a patio, with big fans! I definitely going to come back.

Just went in a little while ago and the food was great! Everyone was extremely polite, helpful and fast service! Outside area is amazing with nice fans and lights. The soda machine is awesome with a lot of flavor options. Try the Frostycino they're amazing!
