Írjon visszajelzéstI was often at this point. I never had a bad experience. Food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is always friendly and attentive. The drive-thru always moves fast, no matter how long it can be. I never have anything to complain about. Many other fast food spots could learn a lot from Chick-Fil-A.
Order. 15 minutes drive followed by 20 minutes wait for the food then another 15 minutes back home. When we found out we're missing 2 CFA sandwiches! Everyone is hungry at the table, and you need to find out who doesn't get to eat a sandwich because the Preparator at this industry doesn't know how to count! Of course you don't want to go back and waste another 50 minutes of your time. We called to report and we were asked to pick up the missing articles ?no thanks! Did you just report it? We said. For a refund you have to come to the store? they answered! Oh, really! So you can take our money online, but don't refund part of it if you screw up an order!
Always a pleasure to come to this place. The staff is always friendly, understanding and very respectful. Even if something goes wrong with your order, they will immediately fix no questions asked. Chick-fil-A will always be the best choice for fast food in my opinion! Very recommended!
I love Kicher-fil-a and never disappointed. I was so incredibly pleased when maybe the nicest guy I've ever met, David, was super friendly and pleasant and I love this guy. There was also a girl there called Ella, who was just one of the sweetest girls and took my order with a happy heart. This is definitely my fav Fast Food Place ever!
How disappointing. It's 7pm, on a Wednesday (which is Chick-fil-A day in our house). After sitting patiently in the drive thru for 10+ minutes I'm greeted with the news that they are out of fries. I seriously asked them to repeat themselves. So, with the line still at least 15 more minutes to go I said, I'd like to exit out. I was told , sorry, you are going to have wait through the line. Again, unacceptable for even the lowest of fast food chains. Fortunately, I was able to convince an employee to move the cones so that I could escape this nightmare. I know these things happen sometimes, but be proactive and empathetic to the customer during this times. Yes, when they are no fries you should anticipate the response.
