Írjon visszajelzéstThis was our first time eating at this Wendy's location. Stephanie, Alex, Kelsey, and Mykenzie were very accommodating. They were very friendly, and we had great service! The food was also good. We ordered the $5.00 Biggie Bag, and the nuggets, sandwich, and fries were cooked perfectly!
I've gone to many Wendy and I love the food but I e came to this one and the manager sadarhri help me order cuz I couldn't work the computer right. My food was fresh and hot (chicken sandwich,no mayonnaise, hot out the greases fries and nuggets. So polite and very fast service. Thanks for a great experience in ur store
Absolutely one of the WORST Wendy's locations you can possibly go to! Staff doesn't seem to care at all, didn't get real good vibes with the crew on shift 10/16 as of 8:20 PM. Waited in line to be served completely overcooked nuggets. Funny I am not the first person to complain about how the nuggets are cooked at this location, just check recent reviews. Staff didn't even give a receipt, so how am I supposed to get either another meal made correctly, or better yet my money back when I wasn't given a receipt to begin with. My next move is going to corporate and letting them know personally, call, email, whatever it takes. Come on guys, is it that hard to do your job CORRECTLY? I work in customer service, and I know first hand how this all works and what you all deal with. Whoever is back in the food prep area needs to be fired. Y'all need to up your game!
This is the worst Wendy?s I have ever been to. They consistently put out incorrect orders, often are slow, and on a good day you may get a smile from someone. I just got back home from ordering a Baconator combo, and they gave me a tiny patty with one strip of bacon and a bit of cheese. fries were warm at best.. for $12??
Nice, new Wendy 's with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Let me tell you about my experience with Nina the manager. You cannot use your app reward at the ordering station in the restaurant. I go and ask how to use my app and Nina reluctantly comes over and moves the order to the register. I have my free double stack reward loaded and she scans and says it doesn 't work. I show her on the app that it is loaded and ready, she refuses to use it or figure it out. I pick up my order and we had accidentally ordered spicy nuggets instead of regular (my 8 year cannot eat spicy nuggets). I take them to the counter and she says, You ordered them that way. Flips the order screen around and shows me. She refuses to exchange the nuggets in a good customer service gesture. We begin eating...no fork for the baked potato. Back to the counter since there are no forks out. Begin eating again. My Double Stack was wrong. Back to the counter. I tell them the burger was supposed to be mustard only. She brings up her screen ready to argue and guess what, they were wrong. Nina reluctantly has another burger made. Through all of this she has the worst attitude and displayed zero customer service. Avoid this Wendy 's. It 's just not worth it. It 's time Wendy 's corporate takes a close look at this location.
