Burger King - Winters

The wait can be long on certain days as the staff are mostly young kids, so be patient. My son's burger was satisfactory.

The prices on the window were different from what he tried to charge me! He claimed that the prices had increased. Sorry, but if you display a price on your storefront, that is what you should charge. Then he suggested that if I bought two meals, he could give me the original price. That is not good business practice. I left without purchasing anything.

I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. I will never go back there.

I don?t know why it says they close at 11 if they are going to stop serving food at 10:30.

The employee working the drive thru seemed to lack system knowledge. My family and I pulled up to the window and attempted to redeem an offer from the BK app and the employee replied by saying that he was unable to enter the offer code. He didn't eventry to make an attempt to figure out how to work his POS system or ask for assistance from one of his peers. Never had a BKlocation reject their own offer codes until this location...and the chicken fries that we ordered were cold not even heat lampwarm. SMH
