Diamonds And Pearls Dinner At Sun Mountain Lodge

The Sonnenberg Lodge/Resort is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy some time away. The staff is excellent, the facilities are beautiful, and the trip to Winthrop is worth it. We are already planning to return in the near future - it was a fantastic experience.

This is a great little getaway for those looking to truly disconnect. The cabins on Patterson Lake are beautiful and just a stone's throw away from the water. There is no internet service available, and the lodge also has limited connectivity. During our stay, we enjoyed activities such as horseback riding and paddle boating, both of which were a lot of fun. The riding staff was excellent and very knowledgeable. However, the service at the dining room and bar and grill left something to be desired. With limited staff, the service was quite slow and they seemed to be running low on certain items like orange juice and jelly. The breakfast was better, but some items were missing such as eggs Benedict and jelly. The cabin staff, on the other hand, were fantastic. They were always willing to accommodate our requests, whether it was extra towels or taking out the trash.

I enjoyed our stay. it was disappointed that they had a flash sale after we had booked. the personal was very nice. they enjoy the breakfast so booked two days. the dinner was good both in the dining room and in the bar. the weeping list was great, but was out of a lot of choices.

The environment for sun mountain lodge is excellent! the view of the wolf creek in direction mount gardner is a classic, paired with the equally impressive look at the methow valley. take three days here to really explore the extensive trail system.

Sun Mountain Lodge is situated in an incredibly beautiful setting!! It provides a first rate experience in every category! Very lovely accommodations, wonderful Staff, beautiful main Lodge, great ambiance, unlimited range of exceptional outdoor activities in powerful and beautiful geography!
