I typically visit this restaurant for lunch when I am working on that side of the Wirral. I have allergies and wanted to know what was in the Marie Rose sauce that was on my sandwich. When I asked, the woman didn't know and told me I could touch the label and she would read it to me. When I requested that she place the label where I could read it, she called me a derogatory name and told me that I had already started eating my sandwich. It became clear that they have premium prices but provide insulting service. We were left feeling irritated and frustrated. In the future, I will go to Greggs, where the prices are half as much. Your behavior was disgusting, and you are fortunate that I chose to walk away without taking further action.

The service is friendly and the sandwich is delicious. It is probably the best freshly made sandwich in West Kirby!

During a day out in West Kirby, my husband and I stumbled upon Hectors while avoiding indoor dining. We were delighted by the fresh sandwiches and coffee, the friendly staff, and the clean premises, all at a reasonable price. We enjoyed our meal by the seafront, making for a wonderful experience overall.

Great choice, delicious sandwiches, friendly staff and good system set up for social distancing order in the doorway and pay collect round the corner at the hatch. Highly recommend.

Been here a few times for a sandwich so much choice! I always pick something I like such as prawns then notice their specials menu and immediately want to change my mind! You can have salad with your filling. I’d say a very reasonable price too.
