The good: pizza is good and prices are decent. The bad: the last two times I ordered online, they didn 't make my order. I showed up to get it and they had no record of my order. (Good thing I had my phone/confirmation email to prove I 'd already paid. I had to wait an additional 15+ minutes both times. Not cool. The first time, I figured it was a fluke since I 'd been ordering online for 2+ years without problems. But now, it 's been two we didn 't get your order situations in less than a month. Not cool.
